There are many rank predictors available by different portals like Aakash, Resonance, Shiksha, FitJee, Vidyamandir etc. You can have a basic idea of your expected rank by this.

Hi Dear
Yes, you are eligible. For JEE Mains you can have a maximum of 3 attempts. So you are also eligible this year as well as the coming year.

Rather than focusing on your weaknesses, work on improving your strengths. To solve JEE problems you need deep understanding of topics. You don't have enough time to improve upon your weaknesses. Rather, focus on strengthening your strong points and study them deeply. Select two subjects out of PCM and focus dedicatedly on those two subjects only. Leave the third one, study little for the third. As far as I know, there are no section wise cutoffs in JEE. Also, take some practice tests and find out where you are mostly going wrong or not.

You can take a GRE diagnostic test. You can download the Powerprep software from the below mentioned link:
https://www.ets.org/gre/revised_general/prepare/powerprep2
You can attempt one test at the beginning of your preparation under actual test conditions. By doing so, you can get a rough idea about the various sections and the topics in where you are really weak.
Be familiar with the three sections in GRE verbal, quantitative and analytical writing. Each of these sections consists of different types of questions. Equal importance should be given for all the three sections to score high.

Hi Nikhil,
I would suggest you to start your preparation from the 2nd year, but you should write it in either 3rd or 4th year because GATE and other exams cover the course of mainly 2nd and 3rd year.
If you are applying for fall, you should take latest by July or even before that, so that after writing it once you can think about a second chance, if not happy with your score, otherwise you start building up your SOP and search for the right place to go.
All the best.

Hello Saurabh,
From this year onwards, one has to score at least 75% to become eligible to appear for entrance. As your score is less, I am afraid you are not eligible.
