The criteria for admission is you have at least 60% in PCM and must appear for either JEE mains or UPSEE exam.The counseling is based on your rank in UPSEE or JEE main. If you have already opted for coaching then don't refer other books that will lead to confusion, follow what your faculty tells you and go through practice papers as much as you can.

Good marks can only be scored if your hard work is streamlined in the right direction, hard work without any direction won't lead good results so firstly focus on the syllabus and pick up your weak areas first, strengthen them and devise a daily plan for self study
