The cutoffs for ST category go up to 84,000 for Delhiites and about 32k for outside Delhi students. So, if you are a Delhiite you may comfortably get admission in NSIT even if you score about 90% in boards and say, a 100 in JEE mains. Or maybe you can get admission at a score below that too.

JEE Main result have already been declared and CBSE provide two chances to make any correction in the application form, so any sort of change at this moment will not be entertained by CBSE , you can still write to CBSE and discuss your case (contact - http://jeemain.nic.in/WebInfo/Public/View.aspx?page=78 )
