I think mechanical is easy than electrical.selecting the branch is very difficult . so my suggestion once go through the syllabus of both Electrical and mechanical topics and depending on the take a decision .
When it comes to Ms in us and M.tech in India . I prefer Ms but not in US , it is Germany ,Because for mechanical Germany is better . Even m>tech in India is good if you crack gate exam and get a seat in IIT/ NIIT.

Well the marks scored by you in class 12th is good but mains marks in not upto the expectations , still there is no problem on the basis of your marks of class 12 you can still pursue careers in different engineering colleges but one thing i must tell you that pursuing the engineering career just to pass the life is not a nice path you might have qualities or hobbies in which you can excel hope you will take this into consideration before choosing your career.Best of luck

no you can't get.PSG admission are only done on the basis of TNEA single widow counselling only and it doesnot accept jee marks
