If you want to do job in the industry than after some years you required a master degree, for managerial post sometimes MBA is the best choice but m.tech is a core field and you spend four year so you can do in the engineering itself unless you got a very precious business school like IIMs, xlri, MDI, FMS and IITs etv

As you have full one year so think to get a seat in IITs definitely you will get a seat in NITs dear. To secure an NITs you should set a target of 175 marks .all the best

No it is not possible to get admission with your JEE mains score, the only way to get admission is based on your JEE Advanced All India Rank.

Obc cut off is 70. Try for good private colleges. NITs n Govt. Colleges have very low chances
