i think it will be better for u if you try your career in some other field. take a pen and paper and try to write 10 reasons why you want to become engineer u wont be able to write even 5 so .stop following crowd. and try your career in law, mba, diploma etc.

Yes, there is a relaxation for SC and ST of 5% .So ,70% for SC and ST .But when we talk about percentile it decreases rapidly with decrease in percentage, such about 56.33 percentile for 70%.
