Candidates have to submit only one form of SRMJEEE, no matter how many courses they want to apply for. The number of courses to be applied is to be filled during SRMJEEE counselling. While applying for the SRMJEEE exam, candidates are not needed to select the courses or campus and hence only one SRMJEEE form must be submitted.

If your details in JEE Main Admit Card are incorrect, contact NTA through email/phone and inform them about this error. NTA will rectify these mistakes and a fresh admit card is issued. If you reach exam centre with incorrect details on the admit card and try to report this error there, you will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
