No, NIT Uttarakhand BTech admissions are purely entry-based. The institute accepts JEE Main scores. Thus, students seeking admission to this programme must apply for the JEE Main exam. Based on JEE Main scores, students are ranked and allocated a seat. Moreover, the students must also fulfill the eligibility requirements prescribed by the institute.

With 58 marks in JEE Mains and 964 (96.4%) in IPE, your combined score for SASTRA University's Stream 1 would be around 86.8. CSE may be tough to get with this score, but you have a better chance in other branches. Also, apply through both Stream 1 (JEE + IPE) and Stream 2 (IPE only) to maximize your chances. Keep checking SASTRA's official site for updates.

Yes, you can. Admission to B.E CSE at MBM Engineering College is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed Class 12 with Phy, Chem, and Maths as mandatory courses from a reputed board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
