Yes, you can. Admission to B.E CSE at MBM Engineering College is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed Class 12 with Phy, Chem, and Maths as mandatory courses from a reputed board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.

Yes, SAM Global University accepts GATE scores for admission to its M.Tech courses. To be eligible candidates must pass a Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university. According to AUEET admission norms your rank of 1359 will qualify you for various branches when selecting from multiple participating colleges and their available seats and category status. An Indian-origin Nepali can give JEE Advanced without taking JEE Mains, as they are considered a "foreign national" and can directly register for JEE Advanced if they meet the other eligibility criteria; they do not need to qualify JEE Mains to appear for JEE Advanced. With an 85 percentile in JEE Mains and 75000 rank in OBC category you can get branches like computer Science and information technology.
