The ST category rank cannot be determined directly from the All India Rank (AIR) and percentile. The number of students in the ST category and their performance are considered to determine the ST category rank. The ST category rank is normally determined by taking the rank distribution of the category as a whole and the percentile estimates your position relative to other students. Since you have an AIR of 533900 and a percentile of 55.56, expect that your ST category rank would be lower than AIR but the rank depends upon how many ST candidates appear in the examination and scores they obtain. Failure to provide the OBC NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) category certificate while undergoing the GATE counseling may make you ineligible for all the reservation benefits pertaining to the OBC NCL category. This will imply that you might fall into the General category, thus reducing your chances of acquiring a seat in your favorite program, especially when highly competitive institutes are concerned. Failure to submit the certificate on time will also lead to disqualification or rejection of your application. You may lose an opportunity to get admission which is specifically reserved for OBC NCL candidates.

The minimum rank needed for admission to IIT Delhi varies by course, year, and other factors. For the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme, the typical JEE Advanced rank required is between 90 and 1201, influenced by applicant numbers, exam difficulty, and seat availability. For the CAT exam, a qualifying percentile of 90 is required, but the cutoff for a Personal Interview (PI) call is usually around 98. Additionally, the opening and closing ranks differ based on candidate categories and quotas, such as differences between female candidates and the general category.

For securing admission to NEFTU Arunachal Pradesh for M.Tech in Computer Science, there isn't a strict GATE cutoff as the university often has flexible admission criteria. However, having a GATE score in the range of 300-400 can strengthen your profile, though the exact requirement may vary based on the number of applicants and seat availability.
If you don't have a GATE score, some universities also offer admission based on merit or an interview process. It's best to contact NEFTU's admission office to get accurate details about their selection process for the current academic year.
