Yes, IISER Bhopal accepts JEE score for admission. You can get admission in IISER Bhopal through JEE Main rank if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for the JEE advanced channel, which is to secure a JEE Advanced rank within 10,000. Amrita University has only 30% seats reserved for admission through JEE Mains. To get CSE in any of the campuses of Amrita University, you need to score more than 97 percentile in JEE mains. Since your percentile is 75,  you may not get a seat in Computer Science Engineering through JEE mains.
