Hi Manjinder,
Ideal option has to be PCM with CS in 11th and 12th. You must be academically strong and good in maths. There are many options you can choose from in Canada like B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Software Engineering, B.Sc. IT etc. Which particular course you choose will depend on your exact interest. You have to check college websites and read the programme syllabus and see which course interests you more.

Hi Cheena Vasdev,
Different universities in Canada have different admission requirements. Your grades are good, you must also take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. An overall score of 6 is recommended. Also, the universities have their admission deadlines by which you have to submit the forms. The application process is online. You can check some university websites to have an idea. Get yourself familiarized with the process and apply. Start the application process one year before you plan to start your classes.

Well, considering your academic score and the number of backlogs, let me be frank to tell you that it is not even average and if a university was to consider your academics itself for admission in M. Tech, then they would not even consider your application (to be very honest).
But, don't get disheartened, there is always more for you to do.
Your IELTS test score is also average. So, what you need to do now is to improve your IELTS score to such a score that it would camouflage your academics performance.
Apart from this, you should try and get into some projects or get LOR (Letter of Recommendation) from your concerned faculty.

Hi Lakshmii,
Not every university in Canada requires a GRE score. You have to check the university websites for entry requirements accordingly.
