Currently Indore is also experiencing a significant number of reputable engineering colleges such as IET-DAVV, SGSITS, Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research etc. The programs for engineering that are provided by these colleges include computer Science engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and civil engineering. The median of placed percentage Vs package for engineering colleges in Indore is bagged by students in a range of INR 3.5 Lacs to INR 6 Lacs per annum. Placements for M.Tech. in Aerodynamics Engineering at IIAEM Jain University are not quite good. Students have to pay separate fees for sitting in campus placements. There is a separate department for placements but even then the placements are not so good.
No Aerospace companies come to the campus for hiring and students have to go for IT companies like TCS, Infosys, etc.
