According to the NIRF report 2023, 489 students of M.Tech course were placed out of total 681 students during Amrita Engineering College M.Tech placements 2022. Earlier, in 2021, 162 students of M.Tech batch 2021 were placed in reputed companies. Going back to 2020 placements, 218 students of M.Tech batch 2020 were placed out of total 337 students.

EEE and Mechanical branch have registered 100% placement in 2025. The placement rate recorded for other major branch such as CSE, ECE and IT was 99.03%, 90.38% and 91.49%, respectively.
