It depends upon which category you belong to. If it's general, you will need at least 198. If it's BC then 196 and 194 for BCM. 195 for MBC and 190 for SC/ST.

The scholarship is granted on the basis of your academic percentage. Also, you need decide on the location where you wish to take admission.
