Hello Aditya,
Normally speaking, after locking your choice, the system will not allow you to change till end of the round. Then you have to give option again. I feel you should go to the nearest facilitation centre to obtain more help on unblocking your options or on any related issues.

I got 58% in class 12th. Can I get admission in Jadavpur University? What is the minimum rank to be eligible for the university?

Hello Abhishek,
These days, admissions to engineering colleges are invariably based on some of the other CET. In case of Jadavpur, it's WBJEE. If you have appeared for this then only you are eligible to get admission.

Hello Sindhu,
I think you will agree with me that your rank is a bit on the lower side. Therefore to get admission in your desired college depends on how those ahead of you give their choice. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.

Since the last date was out yesterday to register in the counselling, so it is not possible to register there any way. But, there might be some chances. If you just talk out with the authority in charge and you may also have to pay the fine.
