Yes, there is sports quota but how the admission takes place for that I couldn't clear you. Ask any sports professional regarding this. You will have to admit for sports quota admission. You can get detailed information regarding this on josaa website .

No, IET Lucknow does not give admission at this rank it's quite low.

As you are engineering graduate, either you can start your own business or pursue MBA. After that, you can enhance yourself for best business skills and marketing skills. MBA degree will really help you a lot. All the best.
