Can I get CSE in Heritage or IEM? My rank in WBJEE is 6740 general category.

No, you will not get CSE in heritage or IEM. Try for other branches. You will get all other branches in heriatge except CSE. I had qualified APEAMCET but I'd join by management quota in an engineering college in AP. Am I eligible for fee reimbursement of 35,000?

Once you get admission through management quota, you are not eligible to get fee reimbursement.
It is applicable for students who joined through convener quota.

No, it is not possible to get admission in JNTUK without writing AP-EAMCET.

You may get mechanical and EEE groups in SRKR Bhimavaram with that rank.
