The cutoff rank is depending on category and reservations. For example, this year, the BC D cutoff is 39000.

You may go to the official website of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET and click on Attention of Candidates. And then you get the procedure for the 2nd counselling.

EAMCET 2nd round of counselling will start from the 3rd week of June, 2018.
