  • Candidates should have JEE Advanced rank.
  • Candidates must have at least 75% aggregate marks in class 12 and SC, ST and PWD candidates must have atleast 65% marks.
  • Candidates must be within the category wise top 25 percentile of successful candidates of their respective class 12 boards.

VITEEE 2026 application form is now available online. The students can now fill the online exam form at viteee.vit.ac.in until March 31, 2026. For the entrance exam, the students will have to complete the online application process before the final date.

The total marks for SITEEE 2026 is 120 marks. A good attempt in the SITEEE exam can be considered for 90 or above marks.

No, there is no facility for revaluation in TANCET exam. The results declared by Anna University are final and will be considered for admissions in Tamil Nadu. Anna University will not entertain any requests for revaluation and rechecking of the TANCET answer sheet.

TANCET exam has objective type questions, this means that each question will have four options. Candidates have to choose one correct answer option for the question in the TANCET exam.

Yes, to get admission into the VIT Vellore campus, the students will have to pass VITEEE with a rank upto 1 Lacs. The same eligibility also applies for VIT Chennai campus. If the student has a rank greater than 1 Lac, then they can apply for VIT Andhra Pradesh or Bhopal.

No, your candidature will be rejected as you need to have minimum of 75% in class 12 to be eligible for admisison to the IITs, NIT, IIITs and GFTIs via the JoSAA counselling. Even if you pass JEE Advanced and JEE Main, of you do not have 75% minimum marks in class 12 boards you will no get admissions.

Yes, the students will be able to attempt the VITEEE exam once in a year. If the students miss the exam, they will be able to give the VIT exam next year, since a second session will not be held.

TANCET exam is conducted once every year. Candidates aiming for admissions via TANCET in current year must appear for the current cycle of the TANCET exam. In case of change in the TANCET exam frequency, Anna University will notify the details on teh official website and the infoirmation brochure.

As per the SITEEE marking scheme, each question is of 2 marks. Physics and Chemistry are for 30 marks each, while maths of for 60 marks. There is no negative marking for any incorrect question.
