IIIT Ranchi considers the score of GATE exam for M.Tech admission. However, it is not compulsory. The M.Tech admission will be through online/offline counselling based on the GATE score and/or written test and/or interview by the respective departments at IIIT Ranchi.

BTech in Computer Science and Engineering is offered for a span of 4 years in full-time mode at Vishwakarma University. The course offers an industry-aligned curriculum, research opportunities, IBM collaborations, and hands-on training through projects. 

CSE is also availabe in electives such as Cyber Security, Artifical Intelligence and Machine Learning, etc. Futher, the highest package offered to BTech CSE students in 2025 stood at INR 17.75 LPA.

As per an unofficial source, the Engineering courses at the University of Derby are known for their strong focus on practical, industry-relevant placements and affordable tuition fees. 

This university is particularly known for its IMechE-accredited programs like Motorsport, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

Professors in the Computer Science and Engineering department at IIT Roorkee are highly qualified & active in research. Though students experiences can vary widely. The faculty excels in research but teaching styles may differ by individual.

Candidates wishing to take admission in M.Tech at IIIT Dharwad should have passed BTech or equivalent degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a recognised university. Part-time applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience after UG degree.
