There is no doubt in this that Chandigarh University's CSE programme is better than other universities in India. There are few reasons:
Modern Infrastructure: The university has modern infrastructure, with smart classrooms, high-tech labs, and a strong network of alumni. The learning environment is competitive but supportive. The university also organizes tech fests, hackathons, and workshops where students can showcase their skills.
Globally-Accredited Programs: The engineering programme is Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) and National Board of Accreditation (NBA) accredited which means that your deg

It is a smart choice to take admission in Chandigarh University for CSE with IBM Data and Analytics. This four year programme is made for the rising need of data experts in IT. The course helps students to understand data Science concepts and use them for solving business problems.
Here, students learn data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. They also practice how to work with large data sets and help companies take better decisions. The programme is more on practical side, with real projects and training. Experts from IBM guide the students, so they stay updated with new tools and trends.

Doing B.E. CSE at Chandigarh University has been a positive experience for me. The campus offers a lot of exposure apart from regular classes. We have coding clubs, workshops, guest lectures, and competitions that keep you updated with the latest in technology. The university also has collaborations with industry partners, which makes the curriculum more practical. I've personally enjoyed the culture here because students motivate each other to perform better. The environment is competitive but not in a negative way. On top of that, CU invites professionals from the IT industry to interact with us, which helps us understand what compan

Choosing between Chandigarh University (CU) and taking a year drop depends on your goals. CU is a decent option with NAAC A+ accreditation, NIRF ranking, good infrastructure, industry tie-ups like IBM, and strong placements, though competition is high and average packages are modest. If you are satisfied with private university education, can afford the fees, and are ready to work hard on projects, internships, and certifications, CU is a safe choice. However, if your dream is to study in IITs, NITs, IIITs, or top state universities for stronger brand value, research opportunities, and long-term advantages, then a drop year with dedica

Though the university is recognised as a top institution in engineering education, and with quite a uptake with regards to placements, there have been efforts, and keep on putting efforts, by the university, to connect students with such prestigious employers within the country and around the globe.
Some of the multinational companies that throw lucrative packages include Hewlett Packard, Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, Amazon, IBM, and SAP Labs, Samsung, Reliance Industries and Godrej, among a large list of MNCs that recruit students from the university. It has a fairly large number of placements and some very good packag
