Doing B.E. CSE at Chandigarh University has been a positive experience for me. The campus offers a lot of exposure apart from regular classes. We have coding clubs, workshops, guest lectures, and competitions that keep you updated with the latest in technology. I've personally enjoyed the culture here because students motivate each other to perform better. The environment is competitive but not in a negative way. On top of that, CU invites professionals from the IT industry to interact with us, which helps us understand what companies expect. Student life is also lively, with plenty of events, cultural fests, and activities. 

Choosing between Chandigarh University (CU) and taking a year drop depends on your goals. CU is a decent option with NAAC A+ accreditation, NIRF ranking, good infrastructure, industry tie-ups like IBM, and strong placements, though competition is high and average packages are modest. If you are satisfied with private university education, can afford the fees, and are ready to work hard on projects, internships, and certifications, CU is a safe choice.
