Yes. Diploma in Engineering colleges in Mumbai are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognised by the Government of Maharashtra. AICTE approval means the course is valid across India for jobs and higher education.

Candidates who have passed Class 10 from a recognised board are eligible. Admission in most Mumbai Diploma colleges is done through merit or centralised admission (CAP) based on SSC marks, especially in Maths and Science.

Admission to these colleges usually based on Class 12 marks basis. Indus University JEE Main cutoff 2025 was released for all rounds and categories belonging to the Home State quota. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks.
