Candidates can pay JEE Main application fees using any one of the following method
- Credit/debit card of any nationalised bank
- Internet banking
- UPI
- Paytm
Before paying the application fee, candidates should check whether there is requisite balance in the Bank Account / Wallet/Debit/credit card. In case any candidate faces difficulty in the payment of application fees, they can contact NTA helpline number.

No, JEE Main application form can only be filled online. The application form of JEE Main is released only in online mode on the website jeemain.nta.ac.in. There is no option of filling the application form in offline mode. Candidates who do not have a laptop/personal computer can visit the computer centre/common service centres to fill the application form. While filling the JEE Main 2026 application form, candidates will also have to upload scanned image of their photo and signature. Candidates belonging to reserved category (Gen-EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL) also need to upload the category certificate.

You typically have to complete Class 12th from the Science stream (PCM/PCMB) with aggregate marks ranging from 50 to 60 percent. The marks requirement varies from college to college. The IITs ask for at least 75% marks in Class 12 board exams.
