93% of BTech students and 83.05% of M.Tech students were placed at the end of the 2023 placement campaign. The course-wise average package data for the 2022–2023 academic year have been made available by the institute. BTech had the highest average package, with a sum of INR 18.26 LPA on record. The average package details for the several BTech branches have also been made public in addition to this. With an average package value of INR 27.68 LPA, NIT Surathkal had the highest. 87.22% was the overall placement rate attained. BTech students had access to the maximum package offered by NIT Surathkal, which was worth INR 54.75 LPA in total.

Cambridge Institute of Technology BE is a four-year course with seven specialisations. According to official sources, the total tuition expenses for a four-year BE programme range between INR 6 Lacs and 20 lakh. Aditya Engineering institution (AEC), founded in 2001 and operated by Aditya Academy, Kakinada, is a private institution in Andhra Pradesh. The college is associated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) and accredited by the AICTE. Aditya Engineering College has received 'A' accreditation from both the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. The Vellore Institute of Technology (AP)'s flagship programme is BTech. VIT Amaravati provides full-time BTech programmes in three specialisations: computer science, electronics and communication, and mechanical.
