The basic eligibility to enroll in M.Tech programme at Inderprastha Engineering College is to score an aggregate of 60% in relevant branch of BTech or candidate who have done MCA, MSc (CS) or MSc (IT) are also eligible to apply for the M.Tech programme in IPEC. The selection for the programme is done on the basis of score obtained by the candidate in GATE.

The cut off for the COMEDK UGET Examination is not out yet . However the minimum category wise cutoff is 50% for the general category and 40% for the other reserved categories (ST /SC/OBC and others ) . If a candidate is aiming a decent rank of below 2000, they must score at least 100 to 110 out of 200 marks in the examination .
