If you want admission at DCRUST without writing the JEE exam choose any of the following:
B.Tech (Lateral Entry):-
Diploma holders or B.Sc. graduates can apply for admission via lateral entry into the second year of the B.Tech. The university's entrance exam and the qualifying examination (diploma or B.Sc.) are the main factors that can provide admission.
2. Direct Admission to Other Programs:-
Admissions to courses other than B.Tech are determined by merit or by results of university-conducted entrance exams or other nationally recognised exams (e.g., GATE for M.Tech, CMAT/CAT for MBA).
3. University Entrance Exam

Given its long history, DTU Mechanical Engineering is a great option. The department is excellent in all areas, including buildings, professors, infrastructure, labs, placements, and reputation. In terms of curriculum and placements, the branch is easily comparable to the ME branches of BITS and IITs. So, DTU is better
