Saveetha University (SU), Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) is a private university located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Approved by AICTE, it offers various degree programmes at undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctorate level in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Law, Nursing, Medical and Management.
- For BE/BTech, cut-off is based on last two years' Single Window Counseling allotted by Anna University via Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA)
In, conclusion you cannot join Saveetha University without TNEA for B.Tech.

Saveetha Engineering College TNEA closing rank in 2024 was 16240 for BE Computer Science Engineering. In comparison to closing rank in 2022 and 2023, there is improving trend. In 2022, BE CSE rank was 17676 and in 2023, it was 18773.
The TANCET closing cutoff for SEC MBA of last three-years shows a declining trend. The cutoff was 2280 in 2022, 2895 in 2023 which declined to 3812 in 2024.

Generally Diploma 2nd year (Lateral) admission are based on 12th marks or ITI trade certificate. So if you have completed your 12th or ITI course in concerned trade then can be eligible for lateral admission in 3 years engineering Diploma courses.

The cut off and eligibility criteria for M.tech at national institute of pharmaceutical education and research guwahati is given below :
Candidates should have passed B.Sc/B.Tech(chemical engineering)/M.Sc(organic chemistry) or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks. Valid score in GPAT/GATE/NET examination.

Indian Institute of Science accepts admission based on NEET and JEE for the BS program. But note that for the B.Tech. programme, JEE advanced is the only channel of admission and NEET students can not get admission based on NEET scores. Also note that even NEET students must have Mathematics in their 10+2 to be eligible for IISc.
