10+2 PCM subjects are good enough for getting admission in asked engineering branch. The marks criteria and fee depends upon the colleges. So please write about the college name for better response.

No there is no seperate cutoff list for categories of JEE Main in college selection. However NTA will declare the minimum cutoff percentile according to categories for qualifying JEE Advanced.

The first thing that you have to consider is the eligibility criteria. So, the very first process that you have to follow is to appear for the Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test (CUCET) which is a mandatory step for taking admission to the Engineering programs at Chandigarh University. There is one more query if JEE Main is important for B.E. Mechanical Engineering. It is totally your choice. But CUCET is compulsory with an exception for those who secure more than 90% marks in qualifying examinations or up to 50000 rank in JEE.
