In order to apply for M.Tech course at V.S.B Engineering College the candidate should have a valid GATE score followed by CEETA PG Counselling. The candidate should complete BE/BTech (EEE/ECE/Electronics/IT/CSE/I&C/E&I, Instrumentation) or MCA or MSc five years (IT/ Software Engineering/CS) in regular mode.

Yes, there is a possibility that you can re appear for the improvement exam. But, it is to be noted that this will happen only if your board allows for it because second attempt of improvement exam is held at the same time of the general board exam.

No, sadly, it is very difficulty for you to get into NITs or IIITs with 86.48 prcentile. Even if you are from OBC category, the said percentile is still less for getting into NITs or IIITs. The competition is too high that the cutoffs are exceeding 90s for such institutions.
