The difficulty level of GUJCET is generally considered to be moderate to difficult. Most sources report the GUJCET exam to be on the moderate to difficult side. This means a good understanding of the syllabus and focused practice are necessary to score well. However, GUJCET questions tend to be more application-oriented, requiring a deeper understanding of concepts. While memorizing formulas can be helpful, simply memorizing facts won't ensure success. True understanding and the ability to solve problems are crucial.

Meeting the deadline, nevertheless, will increase their chances of getting into the course and school of their choice. During the admissions process, a number of additional criteria, including category and seat availability, will also be taken into account. Therefore, in order to determine the range of cutoff that must be obtained in order to have a higher possibility of admission, candidates are suggested to review the trends from prior years.

Applicants for BITSAT must have completed coursework in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for their 10+2 standard qualifying exam. These applicants, however, will only be qualified for admission to B.Pharma programmes. Candidates who chose biology in their 10+2 standard test will not be eligible to apply for the engineering entrance exam since BTech/BE admissions require mathematics as a required subject.
