The GITAM GAT scholarship policies are as follows:
- For the scholarships offered through various National and State Entrance Tests, the students are required to apply for GITAM Admission Test (GAT) and must attend the counseling for admission as per the schedule.
- If a student is eligible for a scholarship under more than one category through GAT, National, and State Entrance Tests, then he/she will be awarded the highest percent of the scholarship.

No, candidates need to qualify for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam to get admission to the M.Tech programme offered by NIT Goa. Students applying without a valid GATE score is not eligible for the National Institute of Technology Goa M.Tech admission. GATE is an online national-level examination conducted for Master of Engineering (ME), Masters in Technology (MTech) and direct PhD admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs and other institutes/universities across India.

For NIT Goa M.Tech admission, candidates must have passed graduated from a recognised university with a Bachelor's in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ MSc or equivalent professional degrees (AMIE, etc.) with a minimum of 60% aggregate (or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale) and 55% aggregate for SC/ST/PWD. Yes, admission to M.Tech programmes is only through GATE. The institute does not accept any other entrance test scores. Moreover, aspirants with valid GATE scores also need to take part in CCMT counselling for the seat allocation procedure. Candidates have to pass graduation with BTech in order to be eligible to apply for the course.

Admission to the M.Tech programme at MNIT Jaipur is done basis of GATE score and CCMT Counselling. The seat allotment is carried out during the counselling. BTech/BE or MSc with a minimum of 60% aggregate is the basic eligibility for M.Tech offered at MNIT Jaipur. Eligible candidates can apply for the GATE website by visiting the official website (gate.iitk.ac.in).

The minimum eligibility for admission in M Tech Environmental Engineering is that students have a bachelor's degree in B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent degree with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. Universities also provide part-time or correspondence, or distance education to those not interested or capable of doing regular college mode.
