Candidates seeking admission to the National Institute of Technology Agartala M.Tech course must visit the official website of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) to apply online. NIT Agartala admits students on the basis of candidates' performance in the GATE entrance test. GATE 2025 exam will be held between February 1 and February 16.

Furthermore, after GATE, it is also crucial that the candidates with scores equal to or more than the cutoff take part in CCMT counselling.
