Yes, after Diploma students are eligible for B.Tech but there are less chances of getting any government or good private college with 59.96%. Diploma needs higher percentage to stand with the students of 12th class.

Yes, candidates with or without GATE score are eligible for RTU admission in MTech. However, candidates having MSc/ MCA seeking admission to certain RTU M.Tech programmes should have a valid GATE score.

No, CGPA/ CGPI is not accepted for RTU MTech. Candidates have to convert CGPA to percentage by using CGPA conversion formula. Candidates staying outside Rajasthan will have to convert CGPA/ CGPI to percentage by using CBSE/ AICTE formula.
