The eligibility criteria for MTech course at the NIT Surathkal is that candidate should have passed BTech with a minimum of 60% aggregate from a recognised university. Aspirant should have the degree and mark sheets (original/copies) at the time of form filling and admission confirmation. The selection process include GATE + CCMT Counselling.

MET slot booking facility will be available online at https://cdn.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/32833/93622/login.html. No other mode will be used to conduct MET slot booking. Candidates will not be able book their slots offline. All registered candidates will have to visit the official website and complete the slot booking. The hall ticket of MET will be generated only after the slots are booked. No additional time will be provided to the candidates for the slot booking.

Yes, you can join B.Tech after the diploma. You have to write an exam called ECET which will be based on the core subjects related to the Diploma course that which you have to choose, along with that MPC questions (polytechnic level only).

KLE Dr. M.S.Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology will release 2-3 rounds of COMEDK cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:
The COMEDK score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course
Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

KLE Dr. M.S.Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology COMEDK Round 2 cutoff for Computer Science Engineering is 25187 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in KLE Dr. M.S.Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology.

KLE Dr. M.S.Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology BTech cutoff 2023 for Computer Science Engineering was 22695 for OBC category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in COMEDK, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For COMEDK Round 2 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 15726 and closing rank was 25187 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Computer Science Engineering in KLE Dr. M.S.Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology is based on the scores obtained in the COMEDK entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

The cutoff trend for BTech at Jain College of Engineering and Research, Belagavi has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 39976. In 2023, it increased to 74324. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 39976 to 74324 for OBC 39976 to 74324 for SC 39976 to 74324 for ST 39976 to 74324 for EWS

For Admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology)/ B.Tech. (Food Technology): Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects are essential at 10+2 level. Candidate with 10+2 Arts and Commerce stream are not eligible for JET Examination.
Candidate may attempt any three subjects in JET examination out of the above five. But those who want admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) and B.Tech. (Food Technology) do not have any choice and must attempt only PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics).
