Yes,  JEE Main 2024 dates for admission to IIT Sikkim BTech programme are out now but the dates are tentative. It is expected that JEE Main 2024 notification will be released in the first week of December. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions in January and April. No, BTech programme isn't free at NIT Sikkim.
