At the UG level, the College offers a full-time BTech programme in 11 different specialisations. The entire duration of BTech is divided into eight semesters, each year consisting of two semesters. Admission to BTech is entrance-based, and candidates are selected based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam. B.Tech at Rajamahendri Institute of Engineering and Technology is little bit costly. Total fees is approximately 1.4 lakh.

The labs were fully furnished. Wi-Fi was available on our campus. The classrooms were kept up nicely. This college had an adequate library. The canteen's food was excellent. There were sports played. For medical emergencies, there was also a first aid kit available. For girls, the security facility was great.

IIT Bhubaneswar cutoff 2023 has been released upto 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs are released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs are based on the following factors:
