In 2023, the cut off was 12820 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Chemical Engineering at IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in the general category under the All India quota, 16132 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Dharwad - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 15903. In 2023, it increased to 16106.
