There are many factors that can make an institute good or bad and is quite subjective, I can list you some points and you can decide for yourself if ICOER is for you or not. So the points are:

1: The course structure and subjects are good enough but need improvements in all respects and removal of some redundant subjects.

2: The faculty is quite good and always helpful, and love helping like parents, and support internship culture

3: The placement is also improving year by year and it recently got creditted A grade by NAAC

Yes, your seat in the first phase will be cancelled if you attend the second phase of counselling and are allotted a seat in the second phase. This is because you can only hold one seat at a time.

Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a B.Tech programme if you have failed in Mathematics in your 12th exams. This is because Mathematics is a compulsory subject for B.Tech programs in India.
