Yes, The Candidates who took admission in B.Tech + M.Tech Dual Degree Programmes can avail exit option if they don’t want to pursue M.Tech just after the completion of 4 Years course period by paying INR 10,000 as an exit fee. Such students will be considered for B.Tech. alone, and not for BTech + MTech.
Candidate planning to take admission in BTech at Acharya Nagarjuna University must take the ANUEET exam to become eligible for Counselling, and the applicant must undergo document verification & fee payment.

The total tuition fee for the M.Tech course ranges from INR 1.92 Lacs to INR 2.16 lakh. M.Tech in Electronics Design and Technology is a 2 years AICTE-approved Postgraduate course, with the Degree awarded by Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad (MS). For admission to MTech, candidates must have a valid GATE score followed by CCMT counselling. There are 28 seats available for the students.
