While preparing the timetable for HPCET, students should divide official syllabus and topics so that they cover everything before exam. Mock tests and revision should also be included in timetable.

No. HPCET will be held offline i.e., as a pen-and-paper-based test. Candidates will have to report to their allotted centre and attempt the examination in offline mode. HPCET consists of multiple-choice questions that have to be attempted in 3 hours 15 minutes. All of the answers have to be marked in OMR sheets. The entrance examination will not be held in any other mode.

JET counselling after the result is announced for each phase of the exam in online mode. After the result is declared, SCR / Merit counselling sessions are held for selected candidates. The students who attend the SCR / counselling sessions and are allotted seats are then sent a shortlisted mail. The students who are selected have to pay the seat-blocking fee to confirm their provisional admission.

JET result are announced seperately for all the phases on the official website. Candidates are also intimated about the result via their registered email ID/phone numbers. After the exam is over, candidates must regularly visit the website for checking the result.

Jain University allows the candidates to book their preferred JET BTech exam date and slot from the available options via the slot booking process. The slot booking process usually starts 1 week or 7 days before the exam date. Candidates are then sent an email with exam login and other details. Slot booking allows the candidates to select their best-suited exam date and time. Also, usually, there are a total of 4 options for exam shifts available for the candidates to choose from.

The JET application form is available online as well as in offline mode. Offline application forms are also available, candidates can purchase a non-refundable online application coupon from the University and redeem the same by entering the specific coupon code in the online payment gateway.
For online JET applications, candidates have to visit the official website. They need to ocate the apply link and register for JET. Thereafter they have to verify the email id/phone number enetered during registration. After that, candidates have to fill in the online form, upload any documents, if needed and finall pay the application fee.
