The cutoff trend for BTech at CIT - Channabasaveshwara Institute Of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 54167. In 2023, it increased to 73264. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 54167 to 73264 for OBC 54167 to 73264 for SC 54167 to 73264 for ST 54167 to 73264 for EWS 54167 to 73264 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. CIT - Channabasaveshwara Institute Of Technology COMEDK Round 2 cutoff for Electronics & Communication Engineering is 69247 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in CIT - Channabasaveshwara Institute Of Technology.

CIT - Channabasaveshwara Institute Of Technology BTech cutoff 2023 for Computer Science Engineering was 73264 for SC and 73264 for ST category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in COMEDK, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For COMEDK Round 2 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 57076 and closing rank was 74844 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Computer Science Engineering in CIT - Channabasaveshwara Institute Of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the COMEDK entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

As per the official data available, 262 BTech students were placed during the 2023 placement drive. However, the number of students placed in 2022 was comparatively high. Mechanical engineering is the study, design, development, construction, and testing of mechanical and thermal sensors and devices, including tools, engines, and machines. Mechanical engineers work mostly in engineering services, research and development, and manufacturing. Coming to your question, without any comparison.
I would say LPU is better for mechanical engineering based on the following point.LPU is good for Mechanical and automobile engineering. Good placements in a core company as well as a software company. Other than participating in different events like a go-kar.

Candidates need to pass JEE or GUJCET to get admission to BTech programme. The state quota seats of the BTech will be filled by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Govt. of Gujarat. If seats are not filled under specified JEE & GUJCET, vacant seats will be transferred to either of the categories. Besides, aspirants must also complete Class 12 to take admission in BTech.
