Hi, to get a Regular Admission in Shri Rmaswaroop Memorial Group of Professional colleges, a student needs 10+2 with 50% aggregate ( 60% in some courses, please go through the course list once) and have the desired subject combination. Yes, you have got a decent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you an integrated M.Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in second category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and the mentioned course is most common choice in integrated programme. The best possible options are:
Integrated CSE at Vellore (1 or 2), Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore (Category 1 most probably else in second category), Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 1), Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 1).

I think you're saying as a whole marks out of 300 (including Physics, Chem, Maths).
So, if we calculate the percentage i.e. (109/300)*100 = 36.33%
So, with this percentage you won't be getting into any engineering college. Asthe minimum criteria mostly varies from 45% to 60 %.
Don't lose hope! All the best!

You have great opportunities by joing VIT Andhra Pradesh for integrated M.Tech course. Any parent who thinks there won't be any recognition for this programme, which is not true. By 5 years integrated M.Tech programme the student directly gets a post graduate degree. When it come to placements, these students have it along with B.Tech students in the fifth year. Moreover, a few companies offer more salary to M.Tech integrated students.

As you have not mentioned your home state and whether you want college in your state or in any state of India so lets talk about all over India.
Talking about IIT, I see very less possibility of getting CSE or any branch with your rank. But NITS looks promising to you. Previous year NIT's cutoff show that you have chance to get seat in NI with CSE branch. Maximum NIT's of northen states have cutoff below 36k. So congratulations, you have a fair chances in NIT. If you want to be sure about details visit the link below.

Congratulations on scoring 94 percentile in JEE Mains! Admission to CET Bhubaneswar for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) will depend on several factors, including the college's cut-off ranks for the OBC-NCL category, the number of seats available, and the preferences of other candidates.
With your impressive percentile, you have a good chance of getting admission to CET Bhubaneswar for CSE. However, it's important to note that cut-off ranks can vary from year to year based on the overall performance of students in the entrance exam.
To increase your chances of admission, I recommend keeping a close eye on the college's official web
