Your caste plays the major role in this. If you belong to OC, you are not going to get seat in top 10 colleges. Not even top 20 colleges unless you have a good JEE Mains score. There is B category in these top colleges where they take students based on JEE marks. But make sure you apply it early. If you belong to BC, you can get in top 15 colleges. If you belong to SC or ST, you can get in top 5 colleges. In India, reservation plays the major role.

The integrated M.Tech in CSE in VIT Vellore may require a rank of under 1500 in the VITEEE to be eligible for getting a seat at the Vellore Institute Of Technology. Anything above the rank is considered to be less chance of getting placed in the Integrated M.Tech in VIT Vellore.

Considering your MHT CET percentile of 58, admission to MVP Engineering College might be challenging, as the college typically sets higher cutoffs for its various courses. However, it's essential to remember that admission cutoffs can vary each year based on factors like the number of applicants and the overall performance in the entrance exam.
To increase your chances of admission, it's advisable to keep an eye on the college's official website or contact their admission department directly for the most up-to-date information on cutoffs and the application process.
While a 58 percentile may not meet the cutoffs for some popular branches

First of all, congratulations to score a good rank in this examination.
Umm, whether you'll get CSE in DTU or not depends on many criterias, such as your category and Home state quota. If you're a general Delhi candidate, you will not get CSE, as your rank didn't clear the cutoff for the branch, similarly if you're a general outside Delhi candidate, definitely you won't get admission in CSE.
But don't lose hope, there are many other NIT's in which you can try to get a seat:
- Dr. B. R. Ambedkar NIT Jalandhar
- Malaviya NIT Jaipur, etc.
Good luck with the allotment process.
