Chitkara University does not provide any aditional entrance examination for addmition. There are two main criterias for B.Tech. First of all, the candidates must pass their 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks of the total marks (mandatory subjects are Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) in any stream.And secondly candidates are required to appear in national-lavel entrance examination, for example JEE Main (mandatory for 2023 batch).

The fee to pursue B.Tech course at Shoolini University is INR 2.35 Lacs (first year fee) for B.Tech.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 7790 and closing rank was 8600. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 11393 and 14530. Admission to B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in IIT Tirupati - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

Generally, students who achieve a rank of less than 15,000 in the JEE Advanced examination are eligible for admission to any IIT in the country.

For 2022, cut off was 8600 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in IIT Tirupati - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 14530 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

The average package details are not released on the official website of the institute. However, the highest package and the lowest package are disclosed. Take a look at the below table depicting the SAITM salary details for 2021 placements:

The university has not released the highest package offered to BTech students for the year 2023. However, as per the annual report 2021, the overall the highest package offered during AKTU placements stood at INR 14 LPA. The same has been mentioned in the table below:

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Tirupati - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 10743. In 2022, it increased to 12187. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 4094 to 4214 for OBC, 2187 to 2175 for SC, 2187 to 1039 for ST, 1564 to 2000 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.
