To get admission to IIT Ropar MTech, students have to take the GATE exam and clear it. GATE is a national-level entrance examination for admission to postgraduate engineering programmes at IIT Ropar. After the GATE examination, the CCMT counselling is conducted for admission to MTech courses in IIT Ropar.

IIT Ropar MTech fee is INR 35,700 - INR 37,500 depending on the specialisation. This also includes a one-time non-refundable fee of INR 6090. Students have to submit the fee timely. The payment can be completed through the accepted gateway.

To be eligible to pursue integrated B.Tech in mechatronics engineering at ITM VOCATIONAL UNIVERSITY, a candidate must have obtained at least 60% of the attainable points on their 12th grade exam or any other qualifying exam from the scientific stream. At MIT ADT Pune - Art Design & Technology University, the total cost of tuition for a B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering programme is INR 9,34,000, or INR 2,33,500 a year for 4 years. It should be noted that the above rates do not cover other costs like hotel fees, etc.
