There will be no pass and fail in internal exams. The average of all the marks will be calculated at last and the grade is given so there is no fail and pass percentage for the internal. The student should get minimum pass marks at last including end semester. So there is no pass and fail. The last average marks including internals and end semester should be greater than 40 marks or should get 5 points.

Absent during mid semester exams or final exams:
In case of absence on medical grounds or other extraordinary ground before or during the Major Test period (typically the final semester exam), 'I' grade application may be made by a student on the prescribed form to the Dean (Academics) within 2 days after the exam through the regular medical leave application process.

Due to medical reasons:

1) Students who are absent on medical ground have to submit a certificate from the panel doctor of the Institute. On verification with the doctor, a makeup exam shall be conducted on a pre-announced date.

For calculating CGPA calculated at Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City, determine how many credits each course or subject has, then Multiply the credit points by the grade received to determine the grade points for each course or subject. The grade points for each course and subject are added. To calculate the CGPA, divide the total grade points by the total credit points.

Mess food is okay but not very bad. The students can eat mess food and it is tasty and hygenic.It consists combo of both Northern & Southern food.Non veg is also served in the mess 3 times weekly. The menu is very good such that northern students also eats the menu.
