Your rank is quite low so it might be difficult for you to get into government colleges for B.Tech but you can target the private universities and some other state universities. All the best

It would be difficult for you to get into the top most engineering college but you can target the average colleges like Saraswati college. All the best!

It's difficult to get admission in UEM for CSE branch as the University take students on the basis of their JEE Mains rank only and your rank is quite low for it.

Though you can apply for other Universities like NIT Goa, NIT Agartala.

The cut-off for Bishop Heber College is around - For General Category - 74.557% For OBC Category - 69.833% For SC / ST Category - 65.45% So just go for this college as it has the best opportunities available.

So, you don't have chance to get a seat here.

With 98.6 percentile you can surely get into good colleges with CSE for eg VIT, PICT etc. but there may be some separate entrance exams for the same. Thanks

As per my knowledge, as such there is no scholarship available, but you can get a fees cut if you belong to economically weaker section, reserved category, but you can always try for external government scholarships.

Yes, ICFAI University is good but there are also other more better options available for btech. Its average placements also ranges to about 8-10 LP hence, you can target it.

There is only one way to take admission to Diploma of electrical engineering in basis of 10th standard marks then do 3 year Diploma and get into 2nd year degree engineering and then clear that to become a electrical engineer, other option is give 12th exam with Science as a external student and with maths as subject then give CET to get into engineering.

There are possibilities, you are having to proceed.
