There is no such monotonous dress code for IIIT Manipur. The boys are asked to wear collared t-shirts or shirts and the girls are asked to wear traditional. Yes, you can do M.Tech in Computer Science after B.Tech in robotics and automation engineering. My suggestion is to research which interests you before you choose a path for your PG degree. Since M.Tech in computer Science has a good scope in the future it's better to do the course after your current B.Tech.

No, you can not get a direct admission in the college. You have to give JEE Mains examination for the B.Tech degree. The highest rank to get entry in the college is around 85 thousands and the stream is ECE Vlsi. For CSE you have to get around 60k rank. As the college is growing at a pace the cut offs may vary. 

The college life is good and the college has regular extra curricular activies. Most of the festivals are celebrated. Moreover we have different clubs like literature club, coding club, sports club etc. There are sports events too. Last time to get out of hostel is 7:30pm. There are a lot of cafes near the college and are great places to hang out. 

You may get some random private colleges that you prefer but you cannot go to the top universities since you have 90,000th rank KCET. Try to search for some good colleges in Karnataka so that you can get a seat in that college. My suggestions are BMS College Of Engineering, R V College Of Engineering, JAIN University and so on.
