The opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the General category under All India, opening rank was 164643 and closing rank was 248610. The Cutoffs are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to B.E. in Automation and Robotics Engineering in Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute Of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For last year, the closing rank for B.E. in Electrical Engineering was 286201 which is very close to this range. This was for the General category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut-offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute Of Technology.

The total tuition fee for IIT Tirupati MTech is INR 32,000. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Students also need to pay the GATE application fee.

Candidates must also apply on the IIT Tirupati website. The application fee for MTech is INR 400 for GN/ EWS/ OBC-NCL male candidates, INR 200 for GN/ EWS/ OBC-NCL female candidates and SC/ST and PwD candidates.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Mechanical Engineering at Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute Of Technology other than General category are - 537070 for OBC, 537070 for SC, 537070 for ST, 537070 for EWS and 537070 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.
