For admission to undergraduate engineering and pharmacy programmes in the state of Gujarat, the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) administers the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). Candidates are assigned seats based on their GUJCET results and placement on the merit list.

As per the GUJCET eligibility criteria released by the GSEB, Candidates must be of minimum 17-year age. Candidates of any age above 17 can apply and appear in the GUJCETs exam. Also, candidate must have passed class 12 or appearing in class 12 at the time of appearing in GUJCET exam.

Hello dear,

According to the NIRF report 2023, a total of 729 out of 797 BTech and M.Tech students were placed during Gandhi Engineering College Bhubaneswar placement 2022. The median package offered to BTech and M.Tech students was INR 5 LPA and INR 4.98 LPA during placements 2022.

The candidate must be an Indian and should have a Gujarat domicile. The candidates should have passed or appeared for Class 12 or equivalent. Candidates should have a Gujarat domicile. In addition to computer Science and engineering, Shobhit University also provides B.Tech programmes in six other specialties, including bioinformatics, electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, and civil engineering.

As per the reservation policy of GUJCET set by GSEB, the following criteria is followed

  • Defence Personnel and Ex-Servicemen – 1%,
  • PWD – 5%,
  • SC – 7%,
  • ST – 15%,
  • EWS – 10%,
  • Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, including widows and orphan of any caste – 27%.

Hi

Round 2 seat allotment will be released on July 8, 2023, followed by Round 3 on July 13, 2023. The special GATE CCMT 2023 round will commence on July 25, 2023. GATE COAP 2023 Round 7 results will be released on June 28, 2023. The GATE COAP process was conducted for 6 rounds between May 21 to June 23, 2023.

Your MHT CET percentile of 92.08 and 75% in the board examinations are decent scores. They may meet the minimum eligibility requirements for admission to the institute. However, it's important to note that admission decisions also depend on factors such as the number of available seats, the overall applicant pool, and the cutoff scores set by the institute for that particular year.

Most of the colleges will only ask for more than 75% in aggregate. Also some of the colleges may take up entrance test. It just depends on your location of the college, reputation of the college.
