Apart from the admit card, what documents are needed on the SRMJEEE exam day?

Apart from the SRMJEEE admit card, candidates must have any of the government-issued photo IDs with them. The ID card must be original, valid and not expired. Candidates must keep any one oh these handy: PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card/ Aadhaar Enrolment No/ Ration Card.

Where will the SRMJEE be conducted?

SRMJEEE is held as an online proctored test. Candidates will not have to visit any exam center for the exam. The remote proctored exam can be taken from the respective homes of the candidates. Candidates can attempt their exam either through Windows Laptop/Desktop or through Android Phone/Tablet.

No, a hostel is not compulsory at IIT Gandhinagar for M.Tech students. However, the college's hostel is very good. Currently, the college has eight hostels. The campus hostels are air-conditioned and have well-furnished rooms. The academic area is just a short distance from the hostels. The student hostels are largely Wi-Fi enabled.

Congratulations on passing the examination, so firstly you have to decide on which streams are you interested and then it will be easier to decide on which college best suits you, as your rank is quite high in JEE it will be difficult you to get placed in top colleges, as per my opinion but it is not impossible, some colleges take entrance exams, and if you score good rank there, it will be easier to get into that college, best of luck.

For B.Tech, candidates must have passed the intermediate exam or its equivalent, with a minimum of 45% marks, from any recognised Board with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject. It's better to only apply for B.Tech, when you are good in PCM and choose the branch wisely which suits you not by seeing the packages and billboards.
